Repair management for landlords and their tenants.
Your tenants can report repairs and add photos. Arrange visits with your own tradespeople, keep your tenants updated and download the repair history. Record costs privately alongside the repair.

Manage a repair from start to finish.
Follow a repair from the first report to the final update. These examples show what you and your tenant can do at each stage.

Your tenant reports the problem
Your tenant answers a few questions about what's wrong and where. They can add photos to help explain the problem. Stega uses their answers to set a priority and shows you why.

Arrange a visit
Agree a time with your tradesperson, then offer the visit in Stega. Your tenant can accept it or say it doesn't suit. The agreed time stays with the repair.

Send your tradesperson a job sheet
Choose one of your tradespeople and send a job sheet by email with the repair details and any photos. They don't need a Stega account to read it. You choose whether to include your tenant's phone number.
- 05
Keep repair updates together
Messages about the repair stay with the original report. After the visit date, Stega prompts you to check whether the work is done.
- 06
Confirm the repair is fixed
Your tenant can confirm the problem is fixed and close the repair. You can also ask them to confirm. Record the cost and any payments privately, and download the repair history when you need a copy.

History after a tenancy ends
Ending a tenancy doesn't erase its repair history. How long records remain available depends on our retention policy.
Is Stega right for you?
Built for landlords who want to:
- Manage repairs in their own rental homes
- Work with their own tradespeople
- Keep repairs, messages and documents together with their tenants
What Stega doesn't do
- Supply tradespeople or send anyone out
- Act as an emergency service or promise repair times
- Collect rent, track rent payments or do your accounts
- Act as a letting agent
- Give legal advice
Landlord access is currently by invitation.
The price depends on how many active properties you manage. Free for tenants, always. Request an invitation and we'll be in touch.
Questions about Stega
Do my tenants need to download an app?
No. Tenants join through a private invitation link from their landlord, then use Stega in their phone's web browser.
Does Stega find a tradesperson for me?
No. You use your own tradespeople. Stega keeps their details and lets you send them a job sheet by email.
Can tenants use it for emergencies?
Stega is not an emergency service. If there is immediate danger, tenants should not wait for a reply through the app.
How does Stega set a repair's priority?
Stega uses the tenant's answers and household details to set a priority, and shows you the reasons.
What happens to the record when a tenancy ends?
Ending a tenancy doesn't erase its repair history. Open repairs can carry over to the next tenancy. Our retention policy explains how long records remain available and what happens if the landlord closes their account.
Is it for letting agents or councils?
Stega is built for landlords who manage their own rental homes, and for their tenants.
